• License/Certifications: PA license required; Neonatal/Pediatric certifications preferred
• Experience: Prior experience in Level III NICU required

What You’ll Do:

• Provide neonatal intensive care for critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU setting
• Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, umbilical and PICC line insertions, arterial sticks, and assist with IV insertions
• Manage patient transport within hospital and to specialty centers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor and evaluate neonatal patient responses to treatments and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and neonatal care standards
• Serve as an integral part of a highly skilled care team

What You Need:

• Current PA license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience working in a Level III NICU environment
• Skilled in neonatal procedures and resuscitation techniques
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to busy hospital environments
