Responsibilities:

• Desk deals


• Help salesmen put deals together


• Completing Manager Turnovers


• Ensure follow-up with all prospects who visit the dealership (manage desk log, hots, appointments)


• Maintain vehicles on the lot - organization, snow removal, etc.


• Be available and open to help all associates who may need it, regardless of the department they are in


• Manage individual sales team


• Conduct weekly 1-on-1's with salesmen


• Conduct/assist with weekly team meetings


• Ensure proper training certification is complete & CSI standards are met


• Monthly tracking and performance evaluation


• Manage CSI

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or college degree


• Previous automotive industry experience is a must. Preferably sales.


• Teamwork mentality 


• Driven attitude


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


• Available to work mornings, evenings and Saturdays


• Customer service experience is a plus


• Experience in a competitive environment (like sports) is a plus


• Experience with commission-based sales
