Job Summary The Pick-Up and Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting customer vehicles to and from the dealership in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service while supporting dealership operations. Key Responsibilities * Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments * Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and driven safely at all times * Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after transport * Maintain accurate logs and documentation for vehicle pick-ups and deliveries * Communicate professionally with customers and dealership staff * Keep vehicles clean and presentable during transport * Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies * Assist with other dealership duties as needed (e.g., shuttle driving, light errands) Qualifications * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check and background check * Strong customer service and communication skills * Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance * Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred) * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
