We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Salem, Oregon, United States. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our day-to-day activities. The pay for this role is between $19 - $29 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be integral to our team's success. Your key duties will include: Managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence for senior team members. Responding to customer enquiries via email and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner. Performing data entry, managing databases, and maintaining accurate digital records. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other company documents. Providing general administrative support, including organising digital files and handling ad-hoc tasks as required. Supporting our creative and marketing teams with light administrative tasks. Helping to streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency across the company. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with online calendars, cloud storage systems, and other remote working tools. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. A high degree of discretion and a professional approach to handling confidential information. A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for contributing to a fun, creative environment.
