This role involves translating ideas and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs, while collaborating closely with product and development teams. The ideal candidate has a good eye for design, a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, and familiarity with tools like Figma.Key Responsibilities:Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applicationsTranslate user needs and business requirements into clean, intuitive UI/UX designsCollaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accuratelyConduct basic user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsMaintain consistency across design systems, style guides, and brand standardsIterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end usersStay current on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practicesRequired Qualifications:Experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for digital productsFamiliarity with Figma (required); experience with other design tools is a plusBasic understanding of user-centered design and usability principlesStrong attention to detail and visual design sensibilityStrong written and spoken English with a clear, professional, customer-facing communication styleMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
