Job Description
Position: Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with experience in LTC/SNF
Location: Ada, Oklahoma
Shift: 8hr Day
Weekly Gross: $1693.13

Minimum Requirements:
Active license as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Licensed in Oklahoma (If applicable) or compact eligible
Two years of recent LTC/SNF experience
Active BLS
