Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Writer for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL (Hybrid). The ideal candidate with experience developing, organizing, and maintaining structured documentation for AI tools and enterprise platforms to improve user adoption and knowledge sharing .

Rate Range: $41/Hour to $42/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Technical Writer Job Responsibilities include:

• Develop, organize, and maintain SharePoint-based documentation for AI tools, platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Translate complex technical concepts, workflows, and AI-related processes into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and create accurate technical content.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, FAQs, troubleshooting documents, and process workflows.
• Ensure consistency in documentation standards, formatting, tone, and content structure across all deliverables.
• Continuously improve content based on user feedback, evolving business needs, and emerging AI-driven documentation practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation development, and content management.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint documentation, content organization, and creating user guides, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and process documentation.
• Ability to translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content while collaborating effectively with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $42.00 per hour
