Shower Installer

All Weather Seal of West Michigan is a family-owned, multi-million-dollar home improvement company with over 40 years of success. We specialize in providing premium home remodeling solutions, including replacement windows, metal roofing, and bath/shower remodels. Due to rapid growth, we are seeking experienced Shower Installers to join our professional team.

This role is ideal for skilled craftsmen who want steady, year-round work without the hassle of bidding, chasing payments, or sourcing materials. We provide all materials on-site so you can focus on what you do best—delivering high-quality shower installations.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform professional installation of custom shower systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
• Communicate with project managers to ensure timelines, expectations, and specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Represent All Weather Seal with professionalism and provide excellent customer service to homeowners. 

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience installing shower systems, bathroom remodels, or related construction work.
• Your own truck, trailer, and tools.
• Valid insurance, including Workman’s Comp.
• Strong craftsmanship, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
