Restoration Technician

Join our dynamic team at SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties as a Restoration Technician! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in helping families and businesses recover from disasters, ensuring properties are restored to their pre-loss condition with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration.
• Inspect damaged properties and assess the extent of restoration needed.
• Utilize specialized equipment for drying, dehumidification, and cleaning.
• Document and report all restoration activities and progress to management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and reassurance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in restoration preferred.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
