What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and internal teams
• Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and client communications
• Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
• Conduct online research and compile summaries and reports as requested
• Manage and maintain digital files, records, and databases
• Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping as needed
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle all sensitive information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
