Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, providing a safe space for them to share their concerns.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose a range of mental health disorders, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based practices.

• Create tailored treatment plans based on the individual needs and circumstances of each patient, incorporating both traditional therapeutic modalities and innovative techniques.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, whether with individuals, couples, or families, to facilitate progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans based on continuous assessment and feedback.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to refer clients to specific specialists when required, ensuring cohesive care.

• Engage with clients on their journeys toward recovery, providing emotional support and coping strategies for managing mental health disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflicts. You will also have the opportunity to support clients dealing with addiction and co-occurring disorders, providing them with the necessary skills to navigate their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
