AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Remote Customer Service Representatives – Benefits Advisors . In this role, you'll help working families understand their available supplemental benefits while building long-term client relationships—all from the comfort of your home.
You'll work with clients who have requested information regarding their available benefits, providing education, answering questions, and delivering exceptional customer service through scheduled virtual appointments.
