The Recruiter leads LevelTen’s end-to-end recruitment efforts, driving talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers, Finance, and the People team to hire and retain top talent across all levels and disciplines globally. The Recruiter also champions employee engagement and internal mobility, and promotes a culture of belonging by embedding diversity, equity and inclusion principles into all aspects of talent acquisition. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping LevelTen’s workforce and ensuring an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

Duties and Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all levels and disciplines globally.

  • Partner with hiring managers across the organization to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using diverse sourcing techniques, including social media, employee referrals, job postings, networking, and other resources.

  • Drive efficient, effective hiring processes, providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and evaluations to assess alignment with company values and role requirements.

  • Lead compensation negotiations, including salary, benefits, and other key terms, to deliver competitive and attractive offers.

  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and ensure diverse representation at all levels.

  • Lead creative and inclusive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition and appreciation programs and employee resource groups, to promote a culture of belonging and drive retention.

  • Conduct presentations, workshops, and training programs for leadership and employees to ensure consistent, compliant hiring practices.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including staffing agencies and job boards, in adherence with company vendor management policies.

  • Stay informed on employment laws, regulations, and talent market trends to drive continuous improvement and compliance.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of broad recruiting experience, including talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement

  • Extensive experience recruiting for a variety of disciplines and levels, including non-exempt, exempt, and leadership positions

  • Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment processes across global markets

  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations

  • Expertise in a variety of sourcing techniques (social media, employee referrals, job postings, networking, virtual job fairs, etc.)

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Greenhouse and Rippling preferred

  • Experience leading or supporting a transition to a new ATS platform, including data migration, workflow configuration, and change management for hiring teams.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with executive teams, Finance, HR, and department leaders

  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage confidential information and act with discretion

Additional Information



  • This position is based out of our office in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, WA (hybrid work schedule). Remote candidates will also be considered.

  • The estimated compensation for this position is $115,000-130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus and an equity grant.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
