Job Summary

We are looking for a Quick Lube General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong service writing capabilities, and previous management experience. 

Every day is different in our busy automotive service center! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including overseeing service advisors, addressing customer inquiries, and managing required documentation.

Responsibilities 

• Manage, train, and develop a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability
• Manage local and national Fleet accounts and process paperwork for payment
• Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Mentor employees on best practices for improving sales and customer service techniques
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Quick Lube Center
• Manage the flow of Quick Lube Center  paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with various health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the head office to ensure store location lives up to standards

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Technical Automotive Knowledge
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be a hands-on manager
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
• State Inspector a plus
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
• At least three years of experience as an automotive service writer, service advisor, or Lube Center Manager is preferred. 
• Experience as an automotive service manager or Quick Lube General Manager is a plus.
• Deep understanding of automotive technology, automotive service technician job duties, and automotive repair services is required
• Numerical and analytical knowledge to properly manage cash and financial records
• MS Office Products, especially Excel Proficiency a plus.
