Pain Management physician employment in Maine :

A large nationwide Pain Management group is recruiting a new Pain Management Physician in central Maine. The group staffs outpatient pain management clinics on hospital campuses. Due to growth, they are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented physician to work in a hospital-based pain center governed by all applicable state and federal requirements.

About the Opportunity:

• Full-time
• No call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays.
• An ideal candidate should be proficient in all interventional pain procedures.
• Compensation is highly dependent on the physician, level of experience, geographic location, type of contract structure (W-2 vs. 1099), and days worked.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in a residency program
• Completion of a Pain Fellowship program
• Board-certified or board-eligible in pain medicine

Community/Location:

• Located in central Maine, 120 miles from Portland
• A historic city located along the Penobscot River in the heart of the state
