Opportunities are available in Catskill, Troy, Bronx, Far Rockaway, Cambridge, Hoosick Falls, Port Jervis, Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls, Beacon, Suffern, and New City, NY. Choose between 16–20 hours per week or 3 weekdays , with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP seeking flexible outpatient work, meaningful patient relationships, and a collaborative clinical environment. Apply your primary care expertise while serving patients in established community-based settings.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and examinations of adult and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order, interpret, and document diagnostic tests and studies.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Support clinical, regulatory, quality, and patient-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active New York Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Active Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment.
• Must meet New York's 3,600-hour independent practice requirement .
• Primary Care experience required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or DNP.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

Working Hours

Part-Time: 16–20 Hours/Week OR 3 Weekdays
