Substitute Teachers Wanted – 2026–2027 School Year
Location| Washington, DC
$140–$200 Per Day | Paid Training | Flexible Schedule
Looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity to make a difference? Teachers Now is hiring dependable, enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to support classrooms throughout the Washington, DC area.
Whether you're a recent college graduate, retired educator, career changer, or someone who enjoys working with students, substitute teaching offers a meaningful way to give back while creating a schedule that works for you.
No teaching certification is required. Applicants with at least 60 college credit hours or an Associate Degree may be eligible to apply.

Monday – Friday
Full-Day Assignments:
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Half-Day Assignments:
Morning: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Assignment times may vary depending on the school.
