Responsibilities Responsible for the support of corporate network WAN/LAN Data Services and associated devices Responsible for the support of corporate network WAN/LAN VoIP based Voice Services and components Responsible for the delivery of and management of corporate network Wireless Services and devices Responsible for troubleshooting of network hardware and associated services. Responsible for adhering to CFR 23 Part 11 and HIPPA protocols and procedural mechanisms including change control, documentation and governance. Responsible for administering and implementing various monitoring systems and maintaining alert systems around customer premise equipment (CPE) network components. Responsible for upgrades, hotfix installation, patch management of CPE network components. Experience with process control, technical documentation & compliance procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 10 years of equivalent experience Experience with various network hardware including switching, routing equipment & routing protocols, printers, PC’s, Laptops and tablets Experience with network monitoring and security services and protocols Experience with LAN/WAN network protocols and architectures (TCP-IP, MPLS, BGP, SNMP, QoS etc.) (Ethernet, WiFi, SONET, 3/4G services) Experience with Video conferencing services delivery and protocols Experience integrating Voice, Data & video services over corporate LAN & WAN facilities. Strong knowledge of Extreme Networks LAN/WAN hardware and management. NetSight software, NAC, Wireless controllers. Experience with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst and routers. Experience with data center power & infrastructure wiring (copper, fiber) Additional Information This position is responsible for developing, managing and supporting the corporate wide data network.. Specific activities will include the deployment/management of corporate network devices & services and associated project implementations regarding such.
