Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the needs and challenges of each patient, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to assist patients in overcoming their specific mental health issues.

• Facilitate supportive psychoeducational groups, allowing patients to share experiences and learn from one another in a safe environment.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical personnel to ensure that each patient receives holistic and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and navigable community resources that can support recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation in accordance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

The patient population primarily includes adults who are grappling with conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Fundamental knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in various treatment methodologies.

• Ability to execute comprehensive mental health evaluations and create effective treatment strategies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
