Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Previous hands-on medical scheduling experience required
• Ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work independently after training
• Ability to maintain confidential patient information

Job Duties

• Schedule a high volume of medical appointments
• Coordinate appointments based on patient and provider availability
• Navigate scheduling systems efficiently
• Help ensure proper provider utilization
• Maintain accurate patient and appointment records
• Communicate professionally with patients
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Follow all privacy and office procedures
