Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery to maintain continuous manufacturing lines
Align materials and assemble parts to create complex units
Select or modify components based on precise measurements and specifications
Complete quality checks and production reports, adhering to all quality standards
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation
Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts to supervisors
Assist with various production tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly
Flexibility to bend, twist, and grip frequently
Capability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-12 hours)
Willingness to work overtime, including weekends if necessary
Comfortable working in environments with extreme temperatures and loud noises
No prior work experience required; training will be provided
Shift & Pay:
1st shift: $ 15.00/hour
2nd and 3rd shifts: $ 16.00/hour

Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
