Logistics Assistant The Logistics Assistant will be responsible to assist the Logistics and customs members. Primary Responsibilities Utilize internal and external systems to gather information, update status, and create reports. Ensure effective and timely payment of invoices for freight, charges, and other services. Create/proof documents for customs clearance. Assist with documentation for the warehouse. Help with Paper Work. Requirements Strong organizing and time management skills. Strong English verbal and written communication skills required. Spanish is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate verbally and non-verbally effectively with internal and external parties. Analysis and problem-solving abilities. Intermediate MS Excel skills. Experience with intermodal logistics systems. Working knowledge of international ocean freight processes strongly preferred.
