About the Role:

Join Noble Therapy NY as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address relational and emotional issues.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive client care.
• Supervision and professional development opportunities are offered.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Engage in community outreach and networking to promote mental health awareness.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Current LMFT licensure in New York State.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client welfare.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
