Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and follow-up evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, providing clients with the tools and skills necessary to manage their mental health issues.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with EHR standards.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your experience with a broad range of psychological conditions will equip you to provide empathetic and effective treatment to different age groups and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-C (LCSW-C).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and a commitment to utilizing culturally responsive therapeutic practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
