Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Experience in HR Military functions which includes strength management, evaluations, and personnel actions. 2) Identifying deficiencies and solutions to problem areas impacting the success of military personnel operations 3) Interpreting and applying Human Resources policies that impact manning. OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
