Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and skilled  Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager while providing excellent service to guests and maintaining a safe, clean, and well-kept property.

Job Duties:

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property.
• Keep hotel grounds clean and free of debris and trash.
• Assist with maintenance needs, including emergency repairs when required.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of maintenance repairs and services.
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional night shifts as needed.

Maintenance Responsibilities Include:

• Electrical: Circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, and fuses.
• Light fixture repair and installation.
• Appliance installation and minor repairs (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers).
• Plumbing: Toilets, sinks, vanities, and disposals.
• Caulking and minor carpentry repairs.
• Window screens and blinds.
• Interior and exterior door repairs.
• Minor painting and drywall repairs.
