Job Title: Production Associate (Morehead, KY) Job Description This role focuses on operating molding equipment and working on assembly lines to produce plastic automotive parts. You will assemble components, inspect products for quality, sort and package finished goods, and stock materials to support efficient production operations.
Responsibilities - Operate molding machines to produce plastic automotive parts according to production specifications and safety standards.
- Work on assembly lines to accurately assemble plastic components into finished automotive parts.
- Inspect parts for defects, ensuring all products meet quality and safety requirements.
- Sort products based on quality, type, or production batch and prepare them for packaging or further processing.
- Package finished parts securely and accurately, following established packaging procedures.
- Stock materials and finished goods in designated areas to maintain organized inventory and support continuous production flow.
- Use hand tools and basic equipment safely to perform assembly, inspection, and packaging tasks.
- Perform general labor and production tasks as needed to support team goals and meet daily output targets.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines, including the proper use of required footwear and equipment.
- Work collaboratively within small work cells, communicating effectively with team members to maintain productivity and quality.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morehead, KY.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
