General Production Worker
Join a dynamic and fast-paced team environment dedicated to the general production and assembly of products. This role involves using small hand tools and light power tools to create finished products. Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly are essential.
Responsibilities
Construct finished products using hand tools and power tools.
Perform the out-box packaging process efficiently.
Ensure the quality of products by adhering to safety and quality protocols.
Essential Skills
Ability to learn and work at a fast pace.
Experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
Capability to work long hours on feet.
Proficiency in reading and comprehending standard work instructions.
Effective communication skills in English.
Work Environment & Schedule
This role is based in an industrial manufacturing facility with a strong focus on safety and quality. Steel-toe footwear is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake City, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
