Job Description

General Production Worker- Pay up to $21/hr-23/Hr- IN.

Location: Indianapolis, IN.

Shift/Pay:

• 2nd shift- 2:30 PM-11:00 PM (Monday-Friday) Pay: $21/hr +$1/hr shift premium

• 3rd shift- 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday) Pay: $21/hr +$2/hr shift premium

Training:

• 6-8 weeks of training

• All employees will train on 1st shift: 6:30AM to 3:00PM Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from machines repeatedly

• Push and pull boxes weighing up to 50 lbs

• Inspect finished products for quality

• Operate shot blasting equipment as needed

• Weigh and package products according to specifications

• Complete materials and batch documentation accurately

• Work safely in a hot, industrial production environment

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Experience performing general labor or production work

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift

• Minimum of 1 year of stable work history per employer

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
