Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description Patient Experience: Greet, check in, and check out patients with a smile.
Coordination: Manage the office schedule and book appointments.
Financials: Verify insurance benefits and handle basic dental billing.
Daily Ops: General administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
full-time $17 - $25 per hour

Requirements Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED.
Entry-level (0–1 year experience).
Previous medical office exposure is a plus.
Tech & Admin Skills
Computer Savvy: Strong literacy and general operation skills.
Scheduling: Competent in medical/dental appointment management.
Insurance: Ability to handle patient insurance verification.
Terminology: Basic knowledge of medical/healthcare terms.
Patient Care & Communication
Customer Service: High-level professionalism and patient interaction.
Language: Full proficiency in English.
Front Desk: Ability to multitask in a busy medical environment.
