The world can’t wait.You Have:5+ years of experience with planning at an operational or higher level HQ staff such as Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOM4+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise ProgramExperience with the Five Stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP)Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational levelKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and the Office 365 environmentAbility to take an exercise from concept phase, produce a plan, and prepare and provide a senior-level concept of operation briefsAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeSecret clearanceBachelor’s degreeGraduate of a Command and General Staff College (CGSC) Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or Component EducationNice If You Have:8+ years of experience at the Brigade level or aboveExperience managing an exercise budget with multiple funding streamsExperience utilizing the Joint Training Tool and ARTIMSKnowledge of the aspects of Multi-Domain OperationsTS/SCI clearanceMaster’s degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
