In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with banking, card-related inquiries, and remittance services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information regarding banking products, card services, and remittance transactions. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous remote work experience required. Minimum 6 months of call center experience . Minimum 6 months of remote/work from home experience . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of banking products and card services. Basic knowledge and understanding of remittance processes. Ability to work flexible and shifting schedules. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and data entry skills.
