Janitorial StaffUnica Enterprises is looking for qualified Janitorial Staff to join our team at the Arlington Adult Center. We seek self-motivated, energetic, and responsible individuals who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment. This after-hours cleaning role is essential in ensuring the facility remains safe and presentable. The ideal candidate should be proactive, dependable, and committed to upholding high cleanliness standards while performing a variety of cleaning tasks.Job Responsibilities:Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dustingClean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, and countertops), replenish supplies, and monitor inventory levelsEmpty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of wasteClean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrorsMaintain cleanliness in common areas, including break rooms, lobbies, and hallwaysPosition requires sitting, standing, walking on level, uneven and slippery surfaces, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, grasping, and making repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties.Requirements:Custodial or janitorial work preferredMust be available to work from 10pm – 3am (25 Hours weekly)Must be available to work weekends and evenings.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipmentMust pass background and E Verify verification.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyAbout Unica Enterprises / Our MissionWe are a leading janitorial service providing exceptional service and value to our customers for over 15 years.
