Overview The CFO serves as the financial administrator for the entire agency and is responsible for oversight of all financial systems used by CCS. The position reports to the Executive Director and serves as a member of the senior management team. Responsibilities Oversee all financial systems used by CCS. Qualifications Experience with non-profit financial management, grant and financial compliance, and healthcare billing and regulations. Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare clear and concise financial reports for presentation to the Board of Directors. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business; at least five years of supervisory experience. CPA and/or MBA are preferred. Compensation and Work Arrangement The annual salary for this position is $115,000-125,000 DOE if Full Time. If applicant prefers Part Time, salary and some job duties will be adjusted accordingly based on schedule. This position can be either Full Time or Part Time.
