About the Role The Business Intelligence Analyst leads complex analytics initiatives and partners closely with stakeholders to align analytics with business objectives. You'll foster key working relationships with business stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Product, partner with our Data Engineering and Data Platform teams, and join a team of talented Analytics and Reporting peers. Success in this role is defined by your ability to deliver dashboards and analyses that are accurate, trusted, and adopted by stakeholders, and metrics that are consistently defined and aligned to enterprise standards. What You’ll Do Lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives Solve ambiguous analytical problems independently Partner with stakeholders to align analytics to business strategy Mentor Junior and Associate Analysts What You’ll Bring 5–7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related disciplines, including ownership of complex stakeholder-facing analytics. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range. In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off. $153,500—$285,000 USD

Zone 3: Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, New York (excluding NYC boroughs); Sales roles located in Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona

$139,500—$259,000 USD

Zone 4: All other US locations

$121,400—$225,300 USD
