Job Summary

Thrive Payroll is expanding our sales team and seeking experienced B2B sales professionals who want unlimited income potential and long-term residual commissions. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering high upfront commissions plus recurring monthly commissions for up to 5 years on every new customer you bring in. If you have a strong network of business relationships and enjoy closing deals, this opportunity allows you to leverage your existing contacts while building a long-term income stream.

This role can be performed remotely, as outside sales, or a combination of both.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earnings.

• Close new client agreements
• Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has B2B sales experience
• Has an existing network of business contacts
• Is self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Is comfortable prospecting and closing business
• Wants uncapped commission income

Preferred Experience

• Payroll sales
• HR services or business services sales
• SaaS sales
• Selling to small and mid-sized businesses
• Relationships with accountants, bookkeepers, or business consultants

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience
• Strong relationships with an existing network of business owner and decision makers
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Self-starter who works independently
• Comfortable working in a commission-only role
