They will also be in charge of running their own aspects of practice given the skill they are put in charge of. Another aspect of their duties will be to supervise students until they have been picked up from practice and/or meets. JOB QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent CPR certification- Can be completed upon hire Prior coaching experience Title IX training- Can be completed upon hire Mandatory Reporter Training- Can be completed upon hire SKILL REQUIREMENTS Good verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving ability; good judgement Ability to interact appropriately with children of different ages ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
