About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Assembly
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
• Location: Plymouth, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5AM-3:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• No formal assembly experience is required, training is provided to candidates that meet the following criteria.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Committed to a long term, career opportunity.
• Have a solid work history, holding down jobs for a consistent amount of time, preferred 1 year or longer at each position.
• Are eager and excited to learn.
• Have consistent attendance.
• Fluent in English, reading and writing.
• Work well in a team and individual working environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior usage of hand tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Capable of working independently or with others.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
